At YEAT UP, we believe meaningful enrichment experiences should be within reach for every child. Our Community Access Scholarship provides free program tuition to eligible families experiencing financial need, helping remove cost as a barrier to participation.
Through community support, donations, partnerships, and available program funding, we’re working to make hands-on learning, creativity, discovery, and future-ready experiences accessible to more youth in our community.
Opportunity Shouldn't Depend on a Family's Budget
Every family’s circumstances are different. A temporary financial challenge shouldn’t mean a child has to miss opportunities to discover new interests, build confidence, develop skills, and connect with meaningful learning experiences.
The Community Access Scholarship is YEAT UP’s commitment to helping families who may not otherwise be able to afford program tuition.
Eligible scholarships provide:
- Free program tuition for an approved enrollment period
- Access to the same program experiences as traditionally enrolled students
- Program materials and activities normally included with tuition
- A welcoming enrollment experience centered on your child—not your financial circumstances
Receiving Community Access does not change the quality of your child’s program experience.

Discovery Enrichment Club
Our Fall Semester brings together creative, exploratory, and future-focused learning experiences throughout the week. Families can choose our Discovery Enrichment Club, enroll exclusively in our specialized Robotics Academy, or select the All-Access Pass for the complete experience.

FutureMinds Robotics Academy
FutureMinds Robotics Academy is YEAT UP's specialized technology learning experience for young people ready to explore the future. Students gain hands-on exposure to robotics, artificial intelligence, STEM, engineering concepts, technology, and problem-solving while developing skills that extend beyond the classroom.

All-Access Pass
Give your child the complete YEAT UP experience! The All-Access Pass combines environmental discovery, visual arts, robotics, AI, and STEM into three engaging days of hands-on learning designed to spark curiosity, creativity, confidence, and future-ready skills. It’s the perfect option for families who want their child to explore more interests, build new skills, and experience everything YEAT UP has to offer.

Spectrum Explorers
Spectrum Explorers is a small-group Saturday enrichment experience created to give children with autism opportunities to explore, create, connect, and learn in a supportive environment. Led by Sheniqua Martin, M.Ed., activities combine environmental discovery and visual arts with hands-on experiences designed to encourage creativity, exploration, self-expression, and individual strengths.

How Community Access Works
Submit Your Interest
Community Access may be available for eligible YEAT UP Fall Semester programs based on available scholarship funding and program capacity.
YEAT UP Reviews Availability
Our team will review your request based on financial need, available scholarship funding, and remaining program capacity.
Receive Your Enrollment Decision
If a scholarship space is available and your application is approved, we’ll contact you with instructions for completing your child’s enrollment.
Your Child Joins the Experience
Once enrollment is complete, your child participates alongside other YEAT UP students and receives the same program experience included with their selected program.
